Shipment and Fees

– International Free Postal Shipping is available.  This delivery method takes between 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your destination.
It is best used for small orders that are not time-sensitive. Please note that, depending on the quality of your country’s postal service it may occur a further delay on delivery and it is out of our control and SAN TORPE holds no responsibility. Please note that ‘FREE SHIPPING’ is not tracked.


Orders to be delivered out of Cyprus, are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees – for non EU countries. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
SANTORPE.COM ships worldwide with Express Courier or regular postal service as chosen from the customer.

SANTORPE.COM does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports ALL SANTORPE.COM orders are shipped out of Limassol, Cyprus WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euro.

Shipment Date
Orders are shipped from SANTORPE.COM in Limassol, Cyprus from Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m. (CET) Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Estimated transit time by Express Courier after dispatch:

  • USA and Canada: 7-10 days, according to the final destination
  • Europe: 3-5 days for major cities / 5-7 days for remote areas
  • South America: 7-10 days
  • Asia and the Middle East: 7-10 days
  • Australia and Oceania: 7-10 days for major cities / 10-12 days for remote areas
  • Africa: 7-10 days 

SAN TORPE shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of SAN TORPE.

AVAILABLE MERCHANDISE:
IMMEDIATE SHIPPING
Orders with available merchandise are shipped the same day as order placement from Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday). In all cases, SAN TORPE reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in immediate shipping.

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE

Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement during regular office hours from 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Shipment will be the day that the merchandise arrives.

Shipment Tracking
When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from SAN TORPE specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier and/or SAN TORPE.

Successful Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery.

If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, open a claim immediately with the courier and contact SAN TORPE at boutique[@]santorpe.com

If, for any reason, packages are not able to be successfully sent to the shipping address provided by the client at the time of purchase, there is a risk that the pack will be returned to SAN TORPE at the clients expense. These fees will then be deducted from any eventual reimbursements or refunds to the client.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the SAN TORPE commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Cyprus at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Cyprus. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

Shipment Documents for Exotic Pelts
Shipments from SAN TORPE that contain an item made from an exotic pelt destined outside of the European Union by law require an extra document called C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna).

This document acts as a passport for the item and explains that the item comes from an animal bred specifically for commerce and not taken from the wild. For more information please see: www.cites.org .

The documents are issued from the Fishing Wildlife and Game Custom’s Office and take 14 days to be processed.

To obtain the documents, CITES requires the fiscal invoice and thus the Client’s Credit Card WILL BE DEBITED BEFORE SHIPMENT.

Due to standard processing time for the documents, the shipment will be delayed.

Shipment Insurance
SAN TORPE shipments are not  insured against theft and accidental damage occured after being handles to the shipping company.
